The Bison - A-style Mandocello, Tobacco Finish
As you will hear from the video (below), this is a very nice sounding mandocello, which will compliment any chamber ensemble! Thanks to Roger Townsend for the wonderful name, The Bison, which is quite applicable due to it's size and gentle nature.
Adam gives a review of The Bison here:
"I received my Mando Mo “Bison” yesterday. Very beautiful both to look at and to play. I’m very happy with it! I thought the heavy string would make it challenging to play but it really is easy on the fingers. Bigger jumps between notes compared to a mandolin, that’s for sure!" ~ Jason Cornwell
The Bison will be featured in Jason's Mandolin Orchestra, Mando United of Rochester, NY
